Catamaran
People come to Soul & Sea to learn freediving, but also to change their relationship with the water. Less tension, less rush, more listening. Depth is not the main goal: it becomes the result of a relaxed body and a clear mind.
Here, we take time to build solid foundations: understanding your body, keeping your buddy safe, choosing the right spot and meeting marine life without disturbing it. A way to explore the ocean with more freedom, more awareness and a deeper connection.
A calm progression adapted to your pace and sensations.
Small groups, clear briefing and professional guidance.
Observe without touching, feeding or chasing animals.
Spots chosen according to weather, ocean and your level.
"Depth is not gained by fighting, but by letting go."
- The Soul & Sea TeamThe Soul & Sea team
I grew up with the sea as my horizon. With marine biologist parents, the ocean was never just a backdrop to me: it was a living, immense world, something you learn to observe. That fascination followed me everywhere, all the way to Colombia, where I discovered freediving.
I then continued training in the Canary Islands, in French Polynesia, then in Greece to become an instructor. Teaching has always felt natural to me: sharing, helping each person progress at their own rhythm. Soul & Sea grew from that obvious connection: bringing together my love of the water, my ease beneath the surface and the joy of guiding others into what they did not think was possible.
Today, I have settled my fins in Moorea to share a kind of freediving where you learn to relax, listen to your body, respect the ocean, and sometimes surprise yourself.

For years, freediving stayed in the back of my mind. Then I arrived on Reunion Island. The ocean became my playground, and that long-held desire became an obvious path.
Freediving has given me far more than the pleasure of forgetting, for a few moments, that breathing is a good idea. It has taught me patience, calm, and a deeper understanding of myself. Over time, I learned that in freediving, nothing should be forced: the most beautiful dives are not the ones we fight for, but the ones we allow to happen.
This is the approach I chose to share when I became an instructor. My greatest joy is not seeing you reach a certain depth, but seeing the smile that appears when you realize you are capable of far more than you imagined.
