A catamaran freediving expedition in the heart of the Tuamotus: three atolls, deep immersion in the blue and a week designed to explore, progress and slow down.
Your experience
A true small-group expedition with a living itinerary shaped by conditions, currents and the group.
Over 7 days and 6 nights, we sail between three atolls selected from Rangiroa, Fakarava, Toau, Tikehau or Makatea. The itinerary can be adjusted around the atolls you wish to discover, subject to conditions and feasibility with the selected catamaran.
Each day can combine open-ocean depth work, wildlife exploration in the passes, static apnea from a shallow beach, a technique session behind the boat, drift sessions or a coral garden visit. Theory, breathing and relaxation exercises, equalization work and AIDA certification can be integrated into the program.
Fresh local meals, cultural encounters, paddleboarding, kayaking and snorkeling shape life on board. Depending on the itinerary, walks and barbecues on the motus, climbing and a cultural visit on Makatea, manta rays in Tikehau or dolphins in Rangiroa extend the adventure.
