What happens during the session?
The boat gives us access to a suitable training area without a depth limit.
Train at depth
After warming up, work on depth, equalization, technique and freefall, with every dive secured by an instructor. Finish by trying CNF, variable weight or new equipment.
Review and progress
Receive your GoPro videos to review your position and technique, plus a personal debrief to guide your progress.
What to bring
- Swimwear, towel, water and sunscreen
- Your mask, snorkel, fins, wetsuit and weight belt if you have them; any missing equipment is provided
A guided practice
Safety before performance
The training area, working depth and session are adapted to sea conditions and the group’s ability. Every dive is secured.
